This 1935 crown was produced in commemoration of King
Georg’s 25th year Silver Jubilee and is commonly referred to as the “Rocking
Horse” crown.
The crown has been well protected by its mount and is in Extremely Fine condition with only
very minor scratches.
The coin shows George slaying a Dragon, marked with
the initials P.M. (Percy Metcalfe).
The mount has lugs allowing the coin to be removed.
The
item is 5cm in diameter.
As with all
my items they have not been polished, they are left with their natural vintage
patina. Polishing is left to the new owners discretion.
