Vintage Wedgwood Cameo Sterling Necklace & Ring

Both ceramic disks carry the Wedgwood stamp.

Each piece is hallmarked silver, the one I can see is the ring with an upper case scrolled D for 1978.

Ring size O.5, The chain is 49cm long and the pendant measures 3.2cm including the loop.
