This is a very pleasing detailed painting of
two ships in full sail, one in the foreground the other in the background.
To the lower right is the artist signature in red,
Ambrose.
The substantial solid mahogany double frame is
finished with a gold bead to the edge of the painting. The central frame sits
on top of the larger outer frame,
The frame measures 37cm wide, 32cm high and 3,5cm
thick.
