Vintage
British Rail Passenger Timetable Binders 1977-1978.
This train directory comes on two British Rail ring binders and is of the whole of Great
Britain which includes Inter-City, local and suburban services, Irish, Channel
Islands, Coastal Services and is marked British Railways Board.
The
substantial directory is housed is two plastic coated ring binders and consists
of 274 tables on 1200 pages.
Also
in this lot is a full British Rail Passenger Network of Great Britain map of
the main lines on one side, and to the reverse is a large London and South East
map, with The London Underground inset, and maps of Clyde and Forth
Valley, Liverpool and Manchester, Cardiff and Bristol, Birmingham and West
Midlands dated 1977.
It
seems that page one and page two are missing, page 658, (the last page in
binder one) is detached with several creases, the last page in binder 2 is also
detached, (see photos).
The
first binder has some damage to the spine which looks as if it has been
repaired, (photo).
